Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
